How to Map Proposed Work to Building

Steps

Mark Proposed Work Data
- Navigate to Guided Marking => Proposed Work in the marking window progress or search for Proposed Work entity in the marking progress search bar.
- Enter the details for the mandatory fields:
- Proposed Work Name
- Proposed Work Number
- Click on Save and Next Unmarked to save and go to the next Proposed Work.
- Follow the Guided Marking to complete marking for all the Proposed Works.

Mark Building Data
- Navigate to Guided Marking => Building in the marking window progress or search for Building entity in the marking progress search bar.
- Enter the details for the mandatory fields:
- Building Use
- Building Sub-Use
- Enter details in for the Non mandatory Fields
- Building Special Type
- Building Name
- Building Fire Group Type
- Roof Type
- Click on Save and Next Unmarked to save and go to the next Building.
- Follow the Guided Marking to complete marking for all the buildings.

Map Building to Proposed Works
- Navigate to Guided Marking => Proposed Work Map.
- A Building Plan gets highlighted and the Building to Proposed Work Map window opens on the right side of the screen.
- For the highlighted Building, assign the type of proposed works being mapped to the building in the Proposed Work Type field.
- List of all the Proposed Works are provided in the form under the proposed works header. Tick the checkbox against the Proposed Work to be mapped to this building.
- Click Save and Next Unmarked to complete the marking.
Drawing Conventions
- Proposed Work can be drawn inside site plan, sub plot site plan or individual subplots.
- Every Building Plan polyline must contain all the mandatory entities that constitute a building plan:
- All floor plans for that building except the floor plans present in the Common Structure
- Building section polyline containing the following:
- Ground Level polyline
- All floor in section polylines including the floors in the common structure.
- All the terrace structures like Lift Machine Rooms, Staircase Cabins, Overhead Water Tanks etc.
- Building elevation view [For displaying in drawing PDF]
Checkpoints
- Ensure the Proposed Works are correctly mapped to the appropriate Building combinations according to their sequence and building number, especially in the case of multiple buildings or villas.
